Hello i was wondering if anybody can help me with some advise.
I bought a property in 1999 and had a 6 year tie in mortgage. Upon selling my property after 5 years i still had to pay back the full redemption fee which was £1500 to Allaince & Leicester.
I was wondering if its possible to make a claim for any of this back as it seems very high considering i only had one year left to run and the tie in was so long.
