Hi guys, we are loking for some advice. we are claiming charges back from A & L, but are unsure exactly what we can claim for. Can we claim for; Failed Direct Debits, Failed Bill Payments, Paid Item Charges and Unauthorised overdraft Charges.
We have a derisory offer from them and need to sort these questions before we tell them No Way.
PS. By following the advice on this site we had a great result with First Direct, but A & L are proving tougher.
