a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I am just about to start the long journey to claiming back the extortionate charges Cahoot has slapped on my accounts since 2002 (2 x current accounts, 1 credit card account and 1 personal loan).
I have already set up a parachute account and in the next few days will be in the fortunate position to pay off my Cahoot overdrafts, credit card and loan so no further charges can be added. I'm not closing my accounts just yet - I'll let Cahoot do that
I only have e-Statements for the past year so I have no real idea of how much they owe me but as they seem to charge me £30 most months on all my accounts I should imagine a fair bit. First stop getting the records of all my charges.
I am nervous and apprehensive but I am determined!
