Thread: ginnever Cap1 & Now cahoot

Hi
I have been in dispute with Cap 1 over charges. I even offered to pay off the debt if they would reduce the a/c by taking offf the charges. But they would only reduce by the difference between the £8.oo & the £20.00. There are well over 1000.00 in charges on the a/c. Well today received a letter from Cahoot saying that they have bought the debt from cap 1 and that i need to ay them.. What do I do now?

Still not heard anything from Cahoot over my Cap 1 a/c, do I sit & wait till I do?

is the cap 1 a credit card and are the charges credit charge ones?
