Letter dated 17-may-2007, la de da. Basically I have sent off a letter explaining what I want back and how much, Sandy Watt has replied saying it will take them about 6-7 weeks to sort it out. Am I right in thinknig I need to send my third letter explaining they have another 7 days to sort it out when their 14 day deadline is up? Sorry to sound dumb but I really do need help otherwise it could go very wrong for me. I'm claiming just over 3K in total.
