Hi I've not been on site for a while, so now trying to get back up top speed
My story so far;
-Got 5 years statements back from RBS 'last year'
-First request for £1471 posted 16th April
-Received letter of accnolagement 20th April
-LBA posted 30thApril
-Havn't heard from RBS(Sandy Watt) since
-18th May sent another letter giving RBS until 11th June (8 wks since start of action)
So now I wait till 11th June, then what??
Put a complaint in to Financial Ombudsman??Then?
Raise a Summery Cause.
I am in Scotland and I read previous posts about how to raise action in Scotland I can't remember who wrote it and I can't find it again ALL HELP welcome please.
