Hi all,
Well i asked Barclaycard for my statements around two months ago.
I had no reply before the 40 days ran out on the 22nd April.
Today i have received my statements up to June 2004.
They say the rest will be here in around 6 weeks!!!
They say these are kept on micro film and are more difficult to track, also that as they are iin microfilm they are not covered under the freedom of information act and i am therefore not entitled to see them, but as a "gesture of good will" they will forward them on to me.
Are they allowed to do this as i don,t think 3 months is acceptable!
Anybody have any ideas??
