Hi all! I've sent the SAR to Barclaycard for the closed account. Received reply stating that because the account is closed it is possible that the information has been deleted from their system and therefore unavailable?! They need more informations from me , like previous addresses... My question is what is a legal requirement as to how long they are to keep the information available. The account was closed in 2004. If anyone knows please let me know ASAP. They have given me a time limit to respond. Thanks
