Well here it goes, you completed MCOL on 14th you give then 5 days for it to be deemed served, that brings you to the 19th, so it should have changed to served, then they have 14 days to acknowledge, in my case they did it in 1 day, but on others they havent done it till day 14. So then you need to give them a further 14 days to enter a defenceicon.
so that will bring you to the 17th June.

It is not unusual for MCOL to not update on time, as they are very busy so give it till tomorrow and then phone them they are very helpfull and nice, i phoned them a couple of times and they were lovely.
    Caz Hope this helps

you send your updated SOC to the solicitors with a covering letter found partway down the 1st post on here http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...col-right.html

Its no good phoning the litigations team until you have actually got a court date

Its the upto date SOC that you send as the interesticon @8% starts being added the minute you filed with MCOL

they tend to only think of settling once you actually have a court date ... You will get a Notice of Transfer to your local court then it depends how how busy your local court is as to how long it will then take to get a court date through

Any typos spelling mistakes are due to leprechauns in my keyboard they move the letters around sometimes (amended just for Bookie)
