Hi there! I'm currently taking Abbey through the court process & doing well with that & thought I might try with a Cahoot loan I had...when I say had, I mean I couldn't afford to keep up the repayments & after about a year of Cahoot applying further charges I could not pay, I contacted a payment management programme (Payplan) who I now deal with to pay Cahoot. I hope this makes sense!!
Does anyone know if I have any grounds for a claim for the charges with Cahoot considering that this loan account is now in a payment plan?? Or indeed if anyone has been in a similar situation & been successful / unsuccessful??
