Default mysis v Alliance and Leicester

Hi, was wondering if anyone could help? Have trawled this site & 2 others & started my claim for just over £2000 against A&L. Got my statements, did the 14 day response letter didn't even get a on your bike letter back!
Its been a while since the 14 days have come & gone & I'm only just trying to put together the N1 form (two kids, self employed husband & lack of time energy, money has caused the deley!) its at this point that my head has started to spin & I feel like I giving up.
Have got 3 copies of my statement of charges with 8% interesticon added and started to fill out the N1 form from on line but when it comes to the features of claim I have got completly baffeled with all the jargon and stuff! Is it ok to cut & paste ros2710's one as they won! or is it better to do my own? If so where do I start? Really don't want to go to court but if I do I'd like to have some idea of what they are talking about!
    Any help would be fab!

    Hi,

    Try this http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...-claim-n1.html
for your POCicon's, that is the hard copy version.
The MCOL version will also be In the templates section , you can find everything you need for your claim.
    Hope it helps

    Hi thanks for the support!
As todate we have had an offer from A&L not for anywhere near the full amount claiming so I gather I need to send the offer back with a letter saying that I don't accept it. A couple of days after that we recieved a 6 page defense from Wragge & Co and then an allocation questionnaireicon form the court! Its all go! So now we have untill the 13 july to return it with another £100!! Just going to go into the library section to see how to fill it out. Not long to go now!

    Hello
Getting my court bundle together and trying not to panic! I gather from this quote that I'll be recieving a bundle from Wragge & co soon as well?

"Each party must file and serve copies of all documents on which that party intends to rely at the hearing, no later than fourteen days before the hearing.

The original documents must be brought to the hearing"

Do I need to take that to court as well?

My court date is 17th Sept and the court has only allowed 15mins! Not sure if thats a good sign they think the bank will settle or that they are fed up with it all!!

    Either case not long now

Red face Re: mysis v Alliance and Leicester

Hi have just read the court bundle help and found a fellow plymouthian which was great to read how they are doing. It has left me confused though!
They had a notice of direction hearing and didn't have to take any paperwork with them, the judge said he was surprised that the bank hadn't settled (wragge and co didn't turn up) and then she was asked to get together the court bundle for two week time??!!

I have a directions Hearing too so now am confused as to what to do.
Any help would be great as really feel like giving up!

You may get an official letter from the court - and this will give you the chance to appeal against the stay.

Keep reading the section under General - I am down there now!- about cases stayed - keep reading and then decide what to do.
