Default Tiny vs Natwest - Won!

Well I wasnt expecting that this morning! I've only sent one letter off, the first letter, and received a letter this morning offering me my full requested amount! Couldnt believe it when I opened the envolope. It gave the whole "we dont accept any responsibility for the charges...however...we are willing, as a good will gesture, to offer you....."

Just about to sign the form that was included and send off today. Anyone have any idea how long it takes for them to put the money into your account? Cheers guys.

Hi Tiny, congratulations!!! What a quick win!!!! Think it's normally 10 to 14 working days for them to credit your account - but a lot of peeps on here have waited much longer than this so keep on top of them!!!

    Best wishes, hedgey xxx

    Hi tiny, CONGRATS!!!!!

I had the same letter, but was after I had filed through MCOL. They offered my full claim for charges but not interesticon or court fees. I actually spoke to their customer relations poeple and told them they have 7 days to come up with the full amount - no joy yet! (Deadline Friday)

I think it was a case of 'Computer says no!!'

Tiny, usually between 10 to 14 working days. So it could spin out to around 3 weeks.
Well done just a little patience now ,then your home and dry.
