I’m about to send a DP request off in the next few days requesting a list of transactions on my account including any manual interventions and account notes.
But before I do, I have a lot of 'out of order' and 'payment overdue' charges.
Has anyone claimed successfully for these types of charges?
You would be better off getting this thread moved to the barclaycard forum or starting another thread in there http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/barclaycard/ people in there will be able to help and you can keep them up to date with your claim.
