    Default How long does the bank have to defend?

    Hi

    My MCOL claim is showing as Acknowledged on 03/05/07. Does this mean that the bank has 28 or 14 days to submit a defence?

    They have 28 days to defendfro mthe date deemed served - usually 5 days after you submit the claim.
