within the next week i am expecting a letter from cobblets saying that RBOS are going to defend the clame ect
i would like to send a letter back saying that i would like to be informed excactly how much returned direct debits ect cost the bank, and does it actuially cost £30 +£28 a day ect
i have also seen it is in ur interest to include a terms and conditions leflet, why do i need to include this
i have seen on some links that when you write a letter like this is helps if it goes to court, and somtimes they settle
can someone direct me to a link where there is a letter for me to copy or down load
