Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
All the banks push the claims to the limit. They are masters of procrastination.
This works in our favour because the last thing the banks want is to go into a court-room.... .They've got too much to lose.
Some of them have been known to settle on the court steps, so don't worry about it, just continue with your claim.
