Thread: Default Removal

Hi

If I have two separate accounts (both of which have had banking facilities removed), one with a default but no charges to claim, and the other with charges but no default, then I can I request that the default on one account be removed as the default was caused by the penalties I had to pay on the other? A&L want to use any money that I am awarded by the court to pay off both accounts.

And you accept Abbey's word do you? Inform the ICO and TS - their view on this is very different from abbey's.
