In 1997/8 I had a M&S Store card, I became unable to pay the balance off and had to come to an arrangement to pay x-amount of per month. This debt is still being paid
Before I came to this arrangement many charges were put on this account, The only thing is, This is dating more than 6 years ago
Am I able to cliam for the chrages,late payment fees, that were applied onto the account, going back that far.
The account was made inactive in 1999, and payments were/are being made to clear the debt.
I have just read a thread by Bookworm regarding M&S's store card changing to a credit card and how the store card info is now Not obtainable, After sending a DPA
Does anyone have any info or suggests on how I can go about, If I can, being more than 6 years ago, to obtain the info I need to to calculate the charges applied.
