hi there i have my own thread in cap one but i am attemptin to do something about my sons RBS charges. the charges only amount to £346 and a couple of int charges which looks to me like they have charged soley on the charges, as they only appear when he has been charged, altho he is o/d most of the time, these int charges don't appear on his statements any other time apart from when they put a charge on him, but i have no idea how to work things out and wot the interest is, can anyone help me plz. the charges started on 11 dec last year

Hi there, i think i've got to the bottom of these statements but would really love for someone to help me with a prob, on the spreadsheet there is a part that says Judicial interest rate 8% does this stay in as well as the 29.8% interest or do i take that part out and does 29.8% sound right and wot does it mean 'date of of judgement or payment' any help would be gratefully appreciated
