whats next?????
hihave gone to the court with our N1 form and schedule of charges etc,a&l had untill 25th may to reply,received on the 14th may a cheque and letter offering settlement for £2335 inc court costs,actual claim for £4061.then recieved a letter on the 16th may from a&l solicitors with acknowledgement of service and intention to defend.not willing to accept their offer just wondering if we have to send letter and cheque back to them or ?and what usually happens next????????
