1. they have sent me six years worth of statements, as i live in scotland can i only claim for the last five years due to scottish law
2. what do i do next is there a template letter to send off to the bank?
3. my charges total £2000 pounds but i can only claim for up to 1500 pounds in the small claims court how do i get round this, is it a case of submitting one claim for the first 1500 pounds then once that case has been dealt with submitting a second claim for the other 500 pounds
Hi robo, i was in the same position as u r in, after reading somewhere in the scottish forum about someone trying to do that and not succeedin, (i think i read that the sheriff didn't allow other claims, but don't quote me on it) i decided to ask a friend if i could use his english address and started from there, so far so good i have finished and won one of my claims and the other is still ongoin, might be worth a try if u know someone down south well enough to trust them to help u out
