please can someone help me ive sent my lbaoff a week ago & gave A&L 14 days to respond now theyve repiled saying there looking into it and will respond asap . They also give us a telephone no 0116 200 3900 to ring if we need to discuss this further what should i do still wait another 7 days till origional 14 days is up then do MCOLlike we stated in LBA or shall we wait for there reply i dont want to jepordise any claims i make after the Lloyds
