    Question help needed please

    hi all,
    please can someone help me ive sent my lbaicon off a week ago & gave A&L 14 days to respond now theyve repiled saying there looking into it and will respond asap . They also give us a telephone no 0116 200 3900 to ring if we need to discuss this further what should i do still wait another 7 days till origional 14 days is up then do MCOLlike we stated in LBA or shall we wait for there reply i dont want to jepordise any claims i make after the Lloydsicon caseany help very very much appreciated .

    gilly stick to your schedule, wait til the 14 days are up then continue to next step, dont phone them let them contact you... if they ring ask them to put it in writing that way you have hard copies of everything.
