Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Barclaycard has offered me £72 of the £180 I am trying to claim and I have just recieed a letter saying I'm not getting a penny more. They claim that when I signed up with them , I agreed to their terms and condition and that included the charges.
Can anyone suggest what the next stage is? I threatened legal action in my previous letter, should I go through with it, or write another letter giving them one final chance to pay up?
If you have already sent your lba and there last letter was final then it's time for court.
B'card do stick to the £12 charge and wont budge.
Time to get prepared for an appearence before the Beak.
