trying to get back 4k from a&l and was wondering if it is too late to send off the schedule of charges as ive just received the allocation questionaire from wraggs? also as i am not really sure what the schedule of charges means, do i have to send every copy of the bank statements?
'Schedule of charges' is the list of charges that you're claiming back. You should have sent A&L a copy of these with your first letter to them!
I suggest you muster one together pronto, and send a copy to Wragges and one to the court asking them to attach it to your claim. Hope you haven't jeopardised your claim by not doing this sooner.
How come you didn't have this done earlier in your claim? Have you not been following the CAG formula?
