hi all i'm around halfway through my claim against HSBC for £1950 i'm just wondering can i specify how my charges are paid back to me? reason being is that i have a managed loan with them for which they have still been taking payments from my account (although i am paying it from another source) and this has put my account £300 overdrawn i am trying to resolve the matter with little co-operation and obviously don't want my refunded charges going into the account and paying off the 300 quid inadvertantly. i have opened a new account but still can't close the hsbc one because i'm overdrawn!
