Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have never posted a message to any board before so I am just hoping that this is the right thing in the right place!
I use the moneysavingexpert site a lot and this site was recommended for support when reclaiming bank charges, which I am doing with Abbey.
I just want to do everything I can to make sure I get the process exactly right to give myself the best chance.
Anyway I am really impressed with all that I have found on the site so far its a big help to someone who is mildly terrified!
thanks
