Anyone chasing Cahoot in Scotland? I've got a new account and moved my stuff there, but I want to start making a claim against Cahoot. Is it best to send a letter requesting a list of charges/copy of bank statements or can I email them for this? Have to say I don't expect them quickly the last statement I requested took 5 months to get to me.
