    hi im new to all this but have been reading quite a bit i would like to say how brave all you people are. I am currently in the process of tryin to reclaim from the shabby as quite a lot of people call it lol! I recieved my fob off letter a few weeks ago saying they would look into it and get back to me ive heard nothin since im just wondering what 2do any ideas?

    yes.... ignore them. Stick to your own timescale, you said 14 days when you sent a prelim letter? So stick to that, they are just time wasting.

    I won against MBNA, Nat West , Barclays, Barclaycard and PPI payments from Barclaycard
    Abbey National still to go.... what will I do with my spare time?

    im not sure which temp leters to use now because origionally i used martins and his next letter is different help!
