The letter you copied here states that "The filing of an allocation questionnaire be dispensed with in this case unless the District Judge at the court of transfer orders otherwise"
I received exactly the same letter dated 13th June '07.
Since then I have been sent an Allocation questionnaire by Morpeth & Berwick county court dated 20th June' 07................I guess he did "order otherwise"
I do need some clarification myself and hope someone can help.
My Bank's customer service people advised me that I had been sent an offer letter dated 2nd May for the full amount of my claim (which needless to say I never received, even after asking 3 times for a copy). Meantime their Lawyer filed a defence n 3rd May, is this a mix up or a tactic to confuse or delay my case ?
