Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I received a reply from Barclaycard this morning informing me that they'll refund me £56 following the publication of my next statement - I requested £140. Should I reply back as soon as possible, requesting the full amount?
Apparently, they disagree with my legal analysis! Boo Hoo! Further to this, they state clearly, "Please be advised that from 1st August 2006, Barclaycard reduced its fee to £12," and therefore will offer me £56 only, but my charges were upto March 2006 - so I think I have one over them.
