Have you got an old set of Lloyds terms and conditions stashed away somewhere?

We are looking for any sets of T&C's, and also any correspondence, documents, or leaflets published by Lloyds which refer to their charges as - "Penalties", "defaults", "imposed when you breach your agreement", "exist to cover costs", etc, etc....

As well as account T&C's, card and direct debit/standing order ones may also be of interest.

This includes business account T&C's as well as personal.

If there is ANYTHING that you think may be useful, please post details here.

UPDATE: We are still very much in need of general current account T&C's - particularly dated from 1998 to the present day.

Thanks to everyone who has sent stuff in so far, we've had lots of card and OD T&C's but unfortunately we've had hardly any current account ones - which are the most important.

If you have any, or know someone who might, please scan them to us ASAP.

Please, please do not think though that we don't need anymore. we haven't got even 25% of the amount of T&C's we need to cover all Lloyds accounts yet.

We are especially in need of General currant account T&C's, any year, but particularly 1998 - 2005.

I'm going to lock this thread now - but please, please keep sending T&C's!!!!!!
