Hiya Crowbabe, you count 14 days from the 8th May, so you send your lbaicon on 22nd. Don't forget to send it recorded delivery. Keep to your timescales and not theirs.

Hi CrowBabe. Here is the link for you to download the N1 form you will probably need later. Take your time filing it in. The notes are in the bank templates libraryicon to help you.

    Any problems, just shout.

    Take care

The decision is entirely up to you. You can send either a rejection letter stating thank you but no thanks I want the whole lot, or a partial acceptance letter saying thanks for the offer I will accept on the basis that the rest gets paid to me within 10 days, or thank you very much I accept your offer. let me know which one you want to do and I can PM y0u a copy of the letter you need (or give you a copy of the required letter tomorrow).

Right, your claim at the moment is just over a grand. If you go down the court route you will be entitled to an additional £72. If you do the partial acceptance letter, you may have to go down the court route to get the rest (that is if they pay you the £677, if not you will have to go down the court route to get all of it). This may take a while longer to get it. If you accept their offer, you will get your money almost now. The decision is up to you.
