Default a bit of helpful advice

If you are planning to issue against Barclaysicon bank then once you have reached that point in time issue against your local branch. The reason i say this is that due to the way the internal post works. It may take a few weeks for barclays litigation department to actually pick up on your claim and you will be able to enter judgement without them actually defending.(by default). I have seen in many cases where this is the case you can also send the bailiffsicon in. As barclays is so busy dealing with the flood of claims they will not apply to have the judgement set asideicon. also if you issue on your local branch then when you need to send the bailiffsicon there is a greater chance of them actually visiting your local branch.

In theory yes, but once you start court proceedings the correspondence is directed to the Litigation Dept at Churchill Place.

I would like to say yes to your theory but it is wrong. I have issued 3 separate claims against Barclaysicon bank. one sent to churchill square and 2 sent via their local branches. The one sent to churchill square recieved a defence the other two were default judgements and the bailiffsicon collected from them !!!!!!!
