Thread: Please help. About to send 2nd letter to RBS re. charges- scared re. loan i have

Hi,

I'm a total newbie on here.

I'm about to send 2nd letter to RBS reclaiming charges which amount to £290, I haven't added interest.

I'm just nervous that they might turn nasty - ie close my account and demand back (in full all at once!) the £7000 loan I recently had from them !
