11/05/07 Letter from Woolwich OpenPlan stating they will deal with request by 11th June
15/05/07 lba Sent
Sent initial letter to Woolwich head office via recorded delivery on 28th April. Got letter from Woolwich Openplan (Jackson House) on the 11th May saying thanks for letter received on 11th May (Mmmm - two weeks to transfer letter from head office to customer service centre!!) and that they will reply by 11th June!! I think not - have sent LBA today!!
Ha ha Ian, yes they certainly put a unique intepretation on internal 'snail mail'. Everything seems to take at least 2 weeks but then again it's tricky having to locate a customer SAR request that's been chucked in the pile of similar letters that sits on the desk belonging to no one in particular!
