    readingthis to me... is can open up all sorts like . " the banks knowing if they go to court they will win just to bring this whole thing under control.. but then it is the claimant who has suffered at the end of the day by all the money they have lost, in bank charges.

    would be nice for one to go to court all the same just to see the outcome of it..

    Hi I am trying to reclaim charges from my mortgageicon cobut I am not having much luck I got into arrears and Kensington mortgageicon Co hit me with Hefty charges so the only way out was to move mortgage Co which cost me over£16.000 in redemption penaltyta patsymo
