As there are so many of us at similar stages in the claim process right now (waiting for/just received a court date), we'd be really grateful if you'd give more details as to how far you got and how you played it.
I sent my court claim off, along with £80 fees 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything yet, getting a bit nervous with Lloyds winning their case, but i should be ok right? The amount i'm claiming back is £1029, roughly, how long has it taken people to receive their charges...does it just depend on how busy the courts are?

It depends entirely on how busy your local court is as to when you get a hearing date (if it gets that far without your bank paying up). I've been told by my local court that they have to give you at least a month to prepare. Some people are waiting weeks, others three or four months it appears.
