Welcome to the site! Woolwich/Barclays are usually taking near to the full 40 days to send through the schedule of charges you need to calculate the amount to refund. It's not uncommon for them to take more than the 40 days though emailing them at the 35 day mark normally gets a personalised response email. I would emphasise however that they don't always live up to the promise or statement of fact that they're about to pr have just sent off the schedule "first class post today"
Update: I've received a letter from Woolwich on friday 18th saying my issues will be fully investigated and they aim to provide an anwser by 15th of june 2007.
