I think its only around £200 but Im so pi&&ed off that they havent replied to me.

    Hi there,

Estimating is not a good idea so it is best to get the statements.

Thought I would send a link that might be useful for the process of the SARicon just to be sure it is followed and is clear.

Thanks guys. Stupid me....I found the list of charges when I cleaned up my kitchen. My girlfriend had put it there and stuff got put on top. Anyway, my charges come to £388 but Im going to try and get the interesticon aswell. I used the interest calculator on moneysavingexpert. This gives me a total of £416.41. This is for my credit card. Doing my request for bank account statments now.

Yep, sent the lbaicon to Natwest for my refund of Visa money and now Im doing a LBA to them over my Advantage Gold current account. My charges come to £3393 and £3755 with interesticon. Im sending the sheet with my charges on and interest to give them the option to pay me now or risk over £300 interest on top.
    Fingers crossed!!!

Ive had 2 letters back from Natwesticon offering me £63 instead of the £388. I am now going to start the court proceddings off. Is this right? Im going to do it through moneyonline and start it off. The letter I had said that it was clear in the terms & conditions that I would be charged when I opened the account. I had replied with a letter saying that I agreed to pay the charge as it was to cover your costs. As the cost is £2 I would like to know where the other £10 goes.
I received a letter today with the same offer and saying that they are in the right. So Its court time. I want to get the interesticon off them aswell now.
    Am I doing it right???

    Sounds like it.

The letter you got is standard Natwesticon rubbish - file it for later use but otherwise ignore it

They will find out when the court serves the papers on them. If you use the form N1, send the court 2 copies (3, if you want one stamped yourself) - one for them and one to send to NatWest. If you use MCOL, it will all be taken care of automatically.

I won! Got the full amount off Natwesticon. My claim was £388 and with interesticon it would of been £416.41.I went on MCOL and paid £50 to start court procedings and they had till July 9th to defend it. I got a letter today saying that the admit no wrong doing but they feel that it would cost too much for such a small claimicon so they will settle. Included with the letter was a cheque for £466.41. They paid up the interest and my £50 for the court. Nice one!!!!
