I have received an offer of £1921.00 from the woolwich in Full and finalicon settlement. I am going to reject the offer as I am claiming £2562.00. I have read the template letters for rejection and am unclear which one to use, they have not sent me any money and I thought it should be letter three which means my reply would just say the following.

Dear Woolwich

Thank you for your letter dated 10th may 2007, I respectfully decline your offer of full and final settlement.

I shall be commencing court action on 14th May 2007 for the full amount claimed

I trust this clarifies my position

yours faithfully

Is this too short and abrupt?
Please any advice would be appreciated.
many thanks
