Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Await to see what Barclays will do next. Probably say that they will set aside and make an offer, which I wont accept. Not in a hurry and can see them out I hope.
Anyone else got to the stage of issuing a warrant. ? let me know. Please

Re: Warrent of execution
It can be best to delay applications for Warrants of Execution for 21 days to avoid tipping them off and giving them the opportunity to apply for set aside.
Did not know that one. Anyway warrant has been issued.
I wont be settling. And will go to court. Will just cost them more. also will then add interest as well from date of original claim.
Not in a rush for the money. If it takes 3 months. oh well it will be at tier expence not mine.
Also will then may bring in a solicitor for the set aside. and ask for costs.
