Am I the only person to claim back the Advantage Gold Fees?
Hi People,
Just for the record, I included the vast majority of Advantage Gold charges in my claim, arguing that the only reason that I had switched to the advantage gold account was because my branch manager bullied me into upgrading to get a better rate of interest on my consolidatory loan. When detailing my charges on my spreadsheet for Cobbetts I listed the charges as detailed on my statement, which meant they were listed as "Charges" and Natwest never questioned the issue, and have settled in full.

At court. Been assigned to my local court, aq dispensed with, waiting for 5th June and telephone conference with judge and Cobblers, to decide track allocation etc. I hate the waiting.................. ......... its mad. Why does it take 6 weeks to wait for phone conference to decide allocation of track ?? waste of time.......... Lol xxx IM JUST IMPATIENT THATS ALL. xx
