Hi to everyone,

Just wondering am I the only one who hasnt heard anything after they acknowledged the service they said they were going to defend! BUT after the 28 day deadline I filed a judgment against them and now have filed a warrant.
Just wondering has anyone else done this. Thanks for any feedback
think they forgot about me

You should read this - depending on the size of your claim, you may end up waiting longer than you think for any payment.

Whether or not they forgot about you, the court will not care and should A&L file for a stay of execution, which they can do without notice to you, it will likely be granted swiftly followed by a set aside icon

of the default judgment.
