    Default Offer Letter Received??

Hello thanks to this site i have managed to get the ball rolling with RBSicon on my current account , charges amounted to £4500 but i have claimed contractual interesticon which moves it to 9000k .and the account was defaulted at 7k mark. Recieved an offer today in response to my lbaicon from Sandys team offering £4400 but no mention of the removal of default (i think its a generic letter) I cant see the wood from the trees at this point, now do i send a partial acceptance letter and mention the removal of default again ,? or reject fully and continue with filing my N1 down at court to face Corbetts, Ideally i would like to meet somewhere in the middle ground ?? any thoughts on this ?

NO DON'T ACCEPT ANY PARTIAL OFFER, EVER. if your going for C/I.
their not being nice, what their trying to do is seperate the charges from everything else, then you have to go to court for the default removal and C/I only, both of these are very very difficult to prove without the charges issue involved, if you keep your claim whole, then they'll never let your claim see the inside of a court room, they really really don't want to have to show how much it really cost not to pay a D/D, or any of the other penalties. if you let them split your claim, then you might see inside the court room, i'd reject fully, if they pay it into your account, tell then to take it out, if they send you a cheque, send it back.
