    Default What I am claiming for

    Just received my credit card statements

    Is it correct I can only claim for the following

    Late Payment charges
    Overlimit fees

    Is there anything else?

    I am wanting to add them up and get it sorted

    Hi [problem]p and welcome,

    You can also claim returned cheque/direct debiticon fees if you have any. What credit card is it? You be better starting a new threadicon [problem]p v whoever, in the appropriate section and that way you will get more help from the other people also claiming from the company. Hope this helps.

    You should also
    consider claiming back interesticon charged by the CC company on the charges they levied. At the exhorbitant interest rates used by CC companies it can mount up to quite a bit.

    The best way is to use Mindzai's spreadheet (see bottom of first post on http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...loyds-tsb.html)

    You put various data plus CC APR on page 1, your charges on page 2(ignore interest column on page 2 that is for bank accounts) and the interest you are entilted to is automatically calculated on page 4.
