You should also
consider claiming back interest charged by the CC company on the charges they levied. At the exhorbitant interest rates used by CC companies it can mount up to quite a bit.

You put various data plus CC APR on page 1, your charges on page 2(ignore interest column on page 2 that is for bank accounts) and the interest you are entilted to is automatically calculated on page 4.

I am not sure what rate of interest I can apply for as it doesn't state what interest rate i was charged
Look on the intenet. I think ot is jutifiable to chareg them their current rate.
