Trying to keep a record of what has happend so far with Barclaycard.

Mastercard

1 Sent cca request to Barclaycard 30th October 2006 for my Mastercard which I am paying through Moorcroft Debt recovery. Barclaycard still own this debt.

2 Received a copy of the credit agreement on 6th November 2006
The only thing I can read on this agreement is my name and address. It does have my signatureicon and the date I signed it 3/2/98.
It also says Apply for a your free Barclaycard Mastercard befre March 1998 and collect 200 Profile points. I can't read the terms and conditionsicon on this at all. I haven't done anything else since with this because I have so many other claims. I am still paying on this account.

Visa card
1 Sent Barclaycard S.A.R - (Subject access requesticon) 18th November 2006 for my visa card and my mastercard. This was signed for on the 22nd Novemeber and they cashed the cheque.

2 Never heard a thing from them about my SARicon so sent lbaicon on 24/04/07 which they received on 24/04/07.

3 7th May received a call from the customer service dept to say sorry about the delay we will send you statements from June 2004 and the rest will follow later.

4 10th May got statements from 2004 but only for my Visa card nothing for my Mastercard.


CCA request for my Visa card was sent on 23rd April they signed for it on the 24th April and cashed my cheque.

Have not had a response for my cca request and now the 12 days are up .
I thought they would send this quickly like they did with my Master card but this hasn't happened. Must be a problem because I thing I applied for it way back in 1995. I wil contiune to pay this one until the next 30 days past so I will make another payment just in case they still return the agreement within this time.
I am very suprised about this one. I was going to just contiune paying on this account and not send a cca request because I haven't had any problems in them accepting low monthly repayments. I am glad I did now.


Now Monday morning I will be giving the contact I have for Barclaycard Data protection team a call and say sorry but you forgot about to send me my statements for my mastercard which was requested at the same time.
