    Red face Can You Claim Bank Charges Whilst In IVA Arrangement With The Bank?

    I'm looking to recover £2000.00 worth of charges from Barclaysicon Bank. However, I currently have an IVA Arrangement with them. Will this prejudice my claim? Will I get to keep any sum that I receive or will the amount be deducted from what I owe them? PLEASE HELP!!!

    I think that you should be able to claim against them, but you should read your T&C's but I dont think that it would prejudice your claim in anyway, but any moneys refunded would more than likely need to go to service the debt
