Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

Is it a good idea to contact them say 7 days before expiry of the 7 to remind them they will be in breach for non comp to the request ?

You're best chasing them up... 40 days is the limit and after that stage it's either a complaint to the IC or a separate legal action against them for non-compliance. See the Templates folder for info.
