Default Beckett v Barclaycard **ABUSE OF PROCESS STRIKE-OUT!**

I received a letter reminding me of the microfiche. i wonder if they did it with deliberation.

i cant recell how many changes, may be easier to check my credit file and work out late payments and then know what the ball park is.

    Default Bypassing The Microfiche

has anyone or could anyone write to BCard witha conservative estimate and let them investigate the charges to verify them?

i estimate £200.00 but if i said £400.00 would they come back with a blanket offer of £200?

You can try! if you think its in the region of £200 then they'll have a look, personally i would follow the tried and tested route, but if you're feeling brave give it a go! good luck either way

    I QUESTION THEREFORE I AM!!

Unfortunately i'm not an expert in any given field legally and my advice and that of the Consumer Action Group and the Bank Action Group is given without prejudice and without liability so please if in any doubt whatsoever seek help from an insured qualified professional. When you say tried and tested way, what do you mean?
I assume this is to pay £10 and then they will dig their heals in until they offer £3 per microfiche.
Then what happens? You report them, and do they then cave in or are you forced to pay £3 and hope to reclaim?

Sorry if I am overlooking something here, but most of the stories I have read over the last few days are hitting a wall with the microfiche.

    Thanks

just called up the legal team, they said it i standard when it gets to court stage for them to send me a letter to sign accepting their offer of the full amount which he is faxing. I cant beleive how structured their process is. I feel i am on a conveyer belt of proceedures. I think that is great news for all. no threatening tone, or threat of court etc.
