Called 08456047000 press #4 got through right away. Said they would send my statements within next 5 days. She said as they had cashed my cheque they should have sent statements.

Also received 2 identical letters this morning. One dated 25th May 2007, the other 28th May 2007 both from Trinity road. On HBOS PLC headed paper.

I'm thinking they have no idea what each person is doing. I bet their office is in a right old muddle after making my life a misery with their charges for 2 years, each day and each letter is making me smile.
They have actually phoned me once they received my letter before action after the 40 days expired and told me that they were too busy and that they were looking into my request and they would send the statements as soon as they could. It took them over 2 months to send my statements.
